With over 18 years of exceptional customer service experience, including a role in Revenue Management at Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Chris Hayles brings a wealth of expertise to her position as Director of Operations at The Real Deal Firm. Her career journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence and a passion for helping others, attributes that have been the cornerstone of her success.

Before venturing into real estate, Chris dedicated over 15 years to the medical industry as a Case Manager and Nurse in South Florida, and later in Orlando, the City Beautiful.

In these roles, she was a fierce advocate for her community, ensuring that patients received the highest quality care and support. Her ability to navigate complex situations and deliver personalized solutions has been a driving force throughout her career.

Upon making Central Florida her home and transitioning into real estate, Chris began as a producing agent, quickly earning a reputation for her dedication to client satisfaction and her knack for building family-like relationships with each closed deal. As a member of the Board of Directors for The National Association of Real Estate Brokers, serving as Assistant Secretary, and as the 2nd Vice President of the Women’s Council of Orlando NAREB, community advocacy is something she holds dear. She also volunteers her time to various local charities such as Second Harvest and Ronald McDonald House.
