| Introduction to Leadership Coaching |
This course introduces the essential elements of coaching. Beginning with definitions and distinctions, it moves into basic coaching principles, skills and structures. The LEARN FAST model is presented which covers the basic skills as well as a coaching conversation structure. Students are challenged through hands on exercises and case studies. |
| Foundations of Executive Coaching |
Foundations of Executive Coaching focuses on advanced skills such as story telling, using language, parables, informing, requesting, etc. Students practice and hone skills through exercises and case studies. The course also covers over 20 additional models of coaching, including skills, process and benefits. |
| Coaching Teams and Groups
|
The course on coaching teams specifically addresses the dynamics of coaching more than one person. It distinguishes between coaching a group and coaching a well-defined team where shared vision, common agenda and definitive outcomes exist. The course is replete with corporate and organizational examples, with a strong emphasis on experiential learning. |
| Biblical Foundations of Coaching |
In this course leaders explore Biblical underpinnings of the leadership coaching methodology by first developing a foundation through Biblical research , and then examining specific characters and stories that highlight coaching leaders. Coaching skills and processes are developed from the Biblical foundation. |
| Coach Approach To Evangelism and Dicipleship |
This course develops the ‘ask vs tell’ model for helping people come to know God personally and get to know Him deeper. It also outlines the coach approach to evangelism and discipleship, with key shifts from traditional evangelism/discipleship to a coaching model covered in detail. The student will perform exercises and case studies, implementing coaching as an evangelistic tool and will be involved in discipleship exercises and processes to implement these new principles |
| Building A Coaching Practice |
This course outlines the basic steps for building a coaching practice. Based on a strong relational model, it also emphasizes the coaching relationship, how it is established, sustained and developed. It then moves into practical issues around managing a growing coaching practice. |
| Learning Through Coaching |
This course focuses on the Socratic learning methods of self-discovery. Students learn how a coach is seen as a learning partner and how to maximize the learning experience through coaching skills. It also develops coaching skills to help people develop new paradigms, belief systems and other schema foundational to transformation and change. |
