Cathrine Hickem, LCSW

Catherine Hickem, LCSW, is a leading counseling and relationship expert, speaker and author who addresses audiences all over the country. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Counseling and Guidance and a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work. She is a certified DISC Trainer and continues her studies with CFI, the leader in coaching certification. As founder of The Dash Organization and The Real Deal, she works with executives in developing their leadership capability, including those from Fortune 500 companies. Whether in person or on air, Catherine quickly captivates the mind and heart of everyone she encounters. Catherine lives with her husband Neil of thirty years and has two grown children. They make their home in Delray Beach, Florida.
