Dupont, The Lanier Corporation, and Georgia Pacific.  Her strengths in corporate organizations result in effective and efficient continuous improvement, transformational change and bottom line results. Cathrine Hickem, LCSW

With thirty years of experience in training, therapy and motivation, Catherine knows what it takes to make a company thrive and has the tools to teach others how to make it happen.

By studying the strengths and weaknesses of every individual on a team, she helps organizations recognize where they are while motivating them to realize what they can become. Catherine’s passionate pursuit of excellence drives individuals to achieve their highest potential within all their relationships, not solely within the office. Her use of original and proven resources guides the process that ranges from one-on-one sessions to corporate conferences.

Catherine Hickem, LCSW, is a leading counseling and relationship expert, speaker and author who addresses audiences all over the country. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Counseling and Guidance and a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work. She is a certified DISC Trainer and continues her studies with CFI, the leader in coaching certification. As founder of The Dash Organization and The Real Deal, she works with executives in developing their leadership capability, including those from Fortune 500 companies. Whether in person or on air, Catherine quickly captivates the mind and heart of everyone she encounters. Catherine lives with her husband Neil of thirty years and has two grown children. They make their home in Delray Beach, Florida.
